Love the look of the bed. Assembled in about 90 min. Seems sturdy. HOWEVER / I assembled this bed on Dec. 17 and discovered it was missing a piece to assemble fully. Emailed company from instruction page, sent photos, no response. Finally someone asked for my order number, and I sent immediately (within 5 min of getting email from them. That was on Dec 24. Still have not heard back from them. Im concerned my daughter will bend or break the bed without the piece but I cant have her not sleep in her bed for a month. Frustrated.
