Missing hardware for one of the chairs, company was quick to resolve the issue.
Beautiful, sturdy modern design The chairs are great, we are just missing the hardware for one of the chairs to assemble it. Kind of frustrating when you finally get them and then cant assemble them both at the same time. I contacted the company to have them help us get the missing parts but still have not heard back... We assembled one chair and it was easy to do. Just hoping that the hardware for the other chair comes soon!
Update: The company reached out to me within a day of me messaging them about the missing hardware. They sent a new hardware set to our house as soon as they found out it was missing, as well as a tracking number. It took a little bit for the hardware to get here, but they were very easy to work with to resolve the issue. We are loving our new chairs for our living room!
