We ordered a total of four chairs. They were EXTREMELY easy to assemble and included the hardware needed. We were VERY impressed at how sturdy and how comfortable these chairs were. We did notice, however, that one of the chairs was damaged during shipping.. I contacted the company via with photos and the situation and was asked if we would accept a $55 credit rather than have a new chair sent. We declined as we just wanted the damaged chair replaced. No problem. They sent a replacement immediately and followed up via email to assure we were satisfied. Kudos to this companys customer service. Above and beyond. You wont be disappointed in these chairs. So comfy!!!
