I ordered this for my daughter. The chair went together. It looks nice, and I am told it is comfortable. The ottoman, however, was missing the two parts labeled “3. I contacted who said they would contact the merchant who would contact me by 11/2. I haven’t heard. I contacted a second time and was told I would hear by 11/5. I will change my review if this is soon rectified, otherwise, I would caution use of this seller
I owe this company an apology. They did respond to my first attempt to contact them (email was buried, and I missed it). They have offered to send a new ottoman. When it comes, if complete, a new review!
This is an update, and it’s late in coming (I had to wait for my son-in-law to assemble). Customer service sent a replacement ottoman promptly—they were very responsive. The chair and ottoman are attractive, and, I am told, very comfortable. Because of its light color, it was sprayed with stain protector. I would not hesitate in doing business with this store again, and apologize for my earlier negative review.
