Quick ship. Excuse the mess. Item is great. But the customer service is even better. The item was sent with right sliding doors. I messaged the retailer about the issue and they responded with well send the right part asap. The part sent was received few days later but this time wrong part for wrong item wrong color. I message the retailer AGAIN and they apologized about the mix up and stated they would correct the mistake swiftly, and that they did. The right part and color came in. FREE OF CHARGE. No complaints, neither did they try to get more money out of me. Probably the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Item is beautiful, everything I wanted in an entertainmrnt. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL.
