Had to order 2 due to first one damaged, replaced fast
So I would have given them a 5 star review but my box upon arrival was damaged ans the foot board had a large dent in it. I called and they immediately sent me a new one that came a few days later. They even did at home pick up to take the old away. Much to my surprise it was actually a lot lighter than I thought Super cute bed, exactly like the pictures! I was very pleased.
