The bottom of one of couches was cut open, not a big deal since all the parts were still there and because it its on the bottom you cant see it, I taped it up to prevent the fabric from hanging. Color is way different than I imagined, looks a lot more blue than gray. Velvet is soft but its not the most comfortable to lay on. I am 52 and can just make laying down without my feet hanging off. It is easy to convert into a bed and setup was also easy ( I did it myself).
