First of all, the couch is beautiful. You cant beat the price and its genuinely such a comfortable couch. After about a year, everything still holds up and Im just as happy as the day I put it together.
But by far the best part about this has been my experience with the store. About 2 days after we put everything together, our dogs got into the room where we have the couch. One has separation anxiety and ended up completely destroying one of the cushions. I was crushed. We contacted the seller to see if we would be able to purchase another cushion separately. They told us we were under the warranty and sent us not just 1 replacement cushion, but 3!! Such a positive and painless experience, which is all anyone is looking for right now.
