The loveseat came packaged well- all the pieces were in perfect condition.
It was easy to install it took less than 30 minutes and the directions were pretty clear. The scooped arms are just stunning. Im not thrilled that the four main legs, which I assumed would be wood, are actually hollow plastic but with the two actually-wood support legs in the back, this appears to be strong. Theres no squeaking or anything like that. When I first put it together, I was concerned that the main cushions would be too firm. The back ones are much softer. but after a week, Ive found this sofa to be extremely comfy. I had to drill holes in two screws that were?used to fasten the arms to the seat in addition to interlocking brackets.
