So space was an issue with ordering new furniture
This sofa is small but once assembled will fit three people shoulder to shoulder
Or three small people or children very comfortably LOL
Surprisingly nicer and more comfortable than I expected the assembly was a pain
The instructions werent that great had to figure stuff out on my own definitely get some help my son and I lifted every piece and put it together
So a smaller person or someone whos not very strong is going to have trouble assembling this alone
Definitely acquire a strong craftsman to assemble if you have one available
