Wrong parts in box, cheap materials. Get what you pay for
Our first headache was that the wrong parts were in the box, and some had gouges, so we couldnt build the bed when we received it. Customer support was quick, but they required us to take a lot of extra steps to get replacement parts, which arrived a week later. I sent detailed pictures and part numbers but they made me fill out an extra form anyways. If I were in charge of that customer service department, I would have had my rep complete the form FOR the customer, especially with sufficient information provided.
Machining of the pieces is also not very good. A lot of the holes didnt line up but with some effort and pushing and pulling, we made it work.
Thought we were good to go, but when one of the light weight parents sat in the bed to read a bedtime story, the cross member snapped and ripped the screw out of the side of the frame.
Now we have to contact customer service for more parts and another several steps in the process.
