Assemble. This bed was good. It was easy to assemble. Took a couple of hours and the instructions were clear although you had to interpret a few things. My kids who are 5 were able to assemble parts of it and they had fun. One issue was that there were fewer than required slats making the bed sag and very scary for adults to spend any time sitting with the kids on the bed.
