Couch is beautiful, easy to assemble. Shipping was awful. The shipping company said the attempted delivery, but I had movednot true. I left SEVERAL messages for them, not one call back or call to even reschedule. When I saw the rescheduled date appear on my tracking, it was for a date I was out of town. Needless to say, I got a call that they were 20 mins away on the day I was out of town and had to have my daughter rush over, only to have them leave it in my garage (they wouldnt deliver it inside the house because it was too big. Total nightmare and if anything else I purchase is shipped through NDS, I will pass. Horrible company to deal with.
