The sofa I received came with the seat cushion stuffed higher at the back section and lower at the front. It makes the sofa seat look like it is sloped downwards like a slide, which was disappointing as the sofa was chosen for its aesthetics. Its most obvious when looking at the position of the long pillows - mine are parallel to the sloped arm rests instead of being completely flat and at an angle to the armrests, like in the pictures. It doesnt improve with time and is not due to compression during shipping. When seated, it gives the sensation like Im sliding of the sofa. Will be returning.
Update: I returned the sofa and reordered it again. The new sofa came with the seat cushion level and flat, totally unlike the previous one. Its a really gorgeous sofa!
If your sofa comes with a sloped seating cushion like mine did, dont wait and hope it levels out. It wont improve. Its supposed to come flat and level.
