This is definitely not a product that I would run out and recommend to everyone, but considering the price its about what I had expected. I am going under the assumption that this product was manufactured in China due to the fact that he few instructions included were pretty much useless, the holes were not aligned correctly and overall it is just very sloppily built. This is typical (lack of) quality control for pretty much all furniture made in China. The only thing this product really has going for it is its cheap price and sturdiness of its solid, metal construction.
Speaking of which, once you finally get this incredibly heavy set together you will never want to move it again, assuming that it is even possible to get through a doorway without complete disassembly. So, be sure to put it together EXACTLY where you want it to go. Construction is about on par with most cheap furniture these days. It took me about an hour to unbox, assemble and clean the room of all the extra cardboard, foam and paper used in the packing process. I was luckier than most reviewers in that my box arrived relatively intact. It may just be a fluke, but Im not complaining.

I think that this product would be worth a lot more if it came with a decent manual written in plain English with English speaking customer support and quality control that included drilling all the holes in exactly the right place.
