Managed to put a short queen memory foam mattress in the bottome rack. Works!
Pretty nice solid metal bunk bed. Got the grey color. Walmart sells the black one, but i prefer the grey one. I put a short queen memory foam mattress in the bottom rack and it works. Took an afternoon to assemble it, but its fun and would be more interesting to put magnets and stickers.
It was missing some pieces, but managed to order some more easily through the manufacturer website free of charge.

***According to manufacturer's sticker on the top bunk bed, kids at or under age of 6 aren't supposed to be on the top bunk since they may sustain fatal injuries if fallen from the top bunk.***
