The product is very comfortable Just what I was looking for. Wanted to be able to convert our office into a third bedroom if needed. No assembly required. Pulled the ottomans right out of the box. Easy to transition from ottoman, to sofa chair, to lounger, and to bed. They are comfortable enough for the price. Firm but not super uncomfortable. Also, going to purchase 2 twin mattress toppers to make them a little more comfy as beds for guests. That way we can use 1 for a single or push 2 together and put a king sheet on for a couple. Fit nicely in the office. I will keep as ottomans to save space when not in use. Also, we put little felt pads underneath so we can easily move them around and reposition as needed.
