Better than I expected! First one arrived with damaged joint and with tears in fabric. Company arranged to mail us a new one once the damaged one was shipped back. We did not have to pay for the shipping.
New one is fine and has been used for a week now.
I like how versatile it is. We enjoy using it as a mini couch the most, but will often put it in a lounger formation for reading time or to try to sneak in a nap. I really like how many different positions you can put the head rest in. Using it as a bed is very firm! If you wanted to sleep overnight on it I would recommend a mattress topper.
