Really well made,would buy again!!! Price-wise, this was on par with other models I was looking at. It is very simple to switch it between an ottoman and bed. It is quite firm, but not uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is the magnets that hold the skirt to the frame in ottoman form arent very heavy duty so I have to readjust them every time I move it, but its not a big deal, so Im still giving this 5 stars.
