The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! We needed a furniture piece to fit in small area that provided a bed. This item fit the bill. It is well made and simple-it is not the most comfortable unit but it is functional. Paid a little more than I wanted to but this seller had more color choices.
