Base and Wheels are a Bust but Chair is Comfortable
Comfy- 2 thumbs up. First problem…The way the base is configured the casters don’t turn well so the chair will only move in the direction they were in when you sat down. We then bought new wheels. Same problem. Second problem…the wheel slot bent and tipped me out. Ouch! Today we are shopping for a replacement base. The key is to ensure the slot for the wheels is very vertical. The one with the chair leans out which we now know caused the malfunction in the first place. We are replacing the poorly designed parts as the seat of the chair was a good match for avoiding back and hip pain.
