This product came extremely well packed, was easy to assemble and when built is extremely strong and well designed. It more than lives up to its description. Price was excellent and the customer service from was amazing. I emailed them to ask if I could purchase an additional component of the Wine Rack (not because anything was missing - but because I wanted to supplement what was already there) . They replied within minutes (from China). Email correspondence was extremely polite and with good English. I am not sure it I was corresponding with Nancy the entire time - but never the less, all correspondence was very professional. They sent me the parts I requested and they arrived DHL/FedEx from China within 5 days. I cannot say more about their customer service or product - both amazing. I buy a lot from but (sadly) do not have time to review everything - However, in this case I felt the need to provide a seller and product review as both are exceptional.
