Easy to set up. I bought this bed frame on prime day for a great price. When it was delivered (on time) I was very disappointed. I thought to myself, really peed on my back and told me it was raining. I was wrong The box looked very small for a queen size frame. After bringing the box to my bedroom and unboxing it, the only thing that came out was the headboard! All of the items were packaged inside of the guts of the headboard. I was amed by the ingenuity it took to pull that off. From the moment I began the unboxing to when I finished ma my bed, it took me 28 minutes to build this alone. Due to the short build time and packaging I was concerned about how sturdy it would be, after jumping on the bed, a few peoples elbows and pushing the sides, I was very pleased. Needless to say, I WOULD recommend this to anyone.
My ONLY issue with it: there are support legs in the middle of the side railings. Ive since lost both of my pinkie toes. I wish the legs were more towards the true center of the bed by a few inches, but Im sure thats what makes the bed extra sturdy. I will have to be more careful when ma my bed.
