When they dumped the box on my porch, and I do mean DUMPED, the box was falling apart and pieces were falling out, luckily I was home when it was delivered and was able to collect everything before it rolled/blew away.There were quite a few nicks and scratches all over the bed frame but not enough to make it worth sending it back. Once it is put together it is nice looking (minus the small dings and nicks) and good for the price.emma.
