This is a great buy but having a fully charged drill and patience are paramount. The bed is solid once built but it is definitely a 2/person project. Took me and my wife some 2/3 hours to build as there are SEVERAL parts and the manual is very detailed. Once assembled, its very easily to bunk and unbunk the beds.
I loathed the building process but the final product made it well worth it. Really nice looking furniture.
