Bed arrived and my husband heard the FedEx delivery person literally drop the headboard on the ground. Sure enough, it was cracked when we opened it. Emailed customer service and by the next morning they had shipped a replacement headboard to us. Even followed up to make sure we were happy with the new headboard. Great customer service! Beautiful bed for the price. Love it!
