Im not sure when to begin. Just saying it was late doesnt begin to explain how much trouble it was to locate my order. After WEEKS a box finally arrived. We started assembling the bed to find out over half of the items were missing. A couple of days later a second box arrived. NONE of these pieces were labeled. You might not think that is a particular problem, but they look so much alike as there are four very similar sides, that it was confusing. It was only after it was assembled that you saw the fine differences. Also, the screws that they recommended for the holes would fall all the way through and out the other side. There was a University Math professor and an Engineer working on this. Maybe we expected it to be laid out better and make more sense. Perhaps if we had thrown care to the wind and just started connecting pieces, it might have actually gone better. Unfortunately, our DNA would not let us and I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated we got over such a simple assembly. We finally got out the drill and made our own holes and used out own screws. The bed is probably far more stable the way we did it, but damn what a pain to try to work with what we were sent. Spend a bit more money and save the time and frustration dealing with this seller will give you. I cannot even remotely recommend this product. Im a bit disappointed.
