I assembled all by myself. All 125 LBS of me can climb up on it to put the sheets on the bed, but Im certain it can support heavier with no problem. My two boys love it. I like that I can convert it into two twim beds when my boys get older. Definitely feels like a good buy. Looks solid, easy to assemble.
