The 2 poles and the screws and clamps that hold the slats in place and make it sturdy werent in the box. The company is unreachable to have the replace the parts (of course ) so we are stuck without. Also doesnt come with a manual we had to look it up. We would be sending it back if it wasnt so heavy. Highly dissatisfied
