I gave this a 3/star rating more because of the communications problems, then the quality of the chairs. I ordered two of these chairs and when they finally arrived, they were very nice. Appears to be a well/made product. However, initially the update on the order indicated that it had delivered. I never received the product and the tracking indicated that the the chairs had delivered to somewhere in Bozeman, MT. I live in Baltimore. After emailing the company twice, I learned that they had provided me with the wrong tracking number. The chairs delivered today. They are fairly easy to assemble and they look nice. Size small.
