Daybed is attractive but very difficult to assemble. After several frustrating hours I emailed the customer service department asking about a particular diagram. The only thing they provide are some very confusing drawings with letters, numbers. Some are clearly wrong. The answer I received was we dont have an assembly department The bed is still not finished! Overall you got what you paid for.
