Looks nice and sturdy. Nice bed that arrived VERY well packaged. Beware that the full package is very heavy, we had to unpack on the first floor as it was too heavy to carry up a flight of stairs safely. The assembly time of 4hrs that others have stated is accurate. Others recommended that a spouse be available to help, which worked out well. As an example, instead of reading the instructions on page 14 out loud for no reason while I was organizing hardware, I tasked my spouse with going to the opposite end of the house making sure the couch was held down and the TV stayed on.
99 of the bed is put together using hex head screws, I highly recommend getting the appropriate sized hex bits for a compact drill with low torque setting and then finish with hand tight. Its sturdy, looks great, and bigger than youd think so you may want to think of how it will be oriented in the room. The slide is fairly steep, any younger than our 2.5yr old and I would be concerned. Highly recommended.
