I usually dont buy assembly required furniture but decided to take a chance based on the reviews. The reviews were pretty much spot on. Not too hard to assemble but youll need two people. Sturdier and heavier than expected. Does not look like a put together yourself when done. Nice looking couch for the price. Not an everyday chair though. Looks great in our den. Love this product
