We received this bed very quickly and were very pleased by its weight and sturdiness and began to assemble. To our dismay, there were duplicate parts of one piece and one missing piece. I immediately contacted the seller, explained the problem and sent pictures since we had it nearly assembled except for the missing piece. The seller immediately responded and remedied the problem by expediently shipping an entire new bed frame and headboard. The piece we needed was in the new shipment and it was easy to finish the assembly. This bed frame is extremely sturdy, well made, very easy to assemble and complimented by a very nice headboard. I HIGHLY recommend this product and seller! Overall good.
