Update / After some delay and a couple attempts, I was contacted by the company and they have sent another entire bed to deal with the issue. Bed arrived with damaged headboard. Unable to complete assembly or disassemble for return. Otherwise, nice sturdy bed. Fantastic and Sturdy.
