Assembled in an hour and a half. Simple set up, you do need an extra person or kid during a few parts to put together. Sturdy and no sqeaks. Leather stairs are a little bit narrow, we will put on a pool noodle to make it more comfortable . Definitely worth the money. I will be getting more for the other kids . recommend!
