Refused to give partial refund for damaged hardware
The outer box doesnt look bend but after we were assembling half way, realized the hardware that attach to the bed platform is bent and its metal so Ill have to figure out how to complete all since its almost finished. They told me to return everything for refund, means youll have to take out and put back everything, they could send me replacement hardware parts, such an hassle. Be super careful when purchase household products. Do NOT recommend.
