280lbs 6 tall and finally found a chair that works for me. Working from
home has never been this comfortable. The chair developed a defect in
the first week I got it, I was disappointed and was ready to return
until the seller was so helpful. I simply showed in a video what the
issue was (rocking a bit in the locked postion) and without question
they sent (via Fed/Ex) me a new part and How To videos to replace.
There was good communication and the seller never ghosted me, instead
kept me well informed. If I could Id give this seller and the chair a solid 10 if I could.
