    Surprising Service

Stools were heavier than I expected, and seem to be well built, with a few exceptions; all the stools need to be heavily glued, and the screws need to be checked for tightness the week after you put them in service. Dont be afraid to use plenty of glue! If any runs out, wipe the excess off with a damp cloth. Apparently, quality control is a little lax in Viet Nam, one of the legs was made with the dowel and angle 180 degrees out from the seat. The stretchers were drill correctly, so I fit it together as well as I could, and put it in service, seems to be holding well. I sent a message to the manufacturer, and they sent a complete stool to replace the one that was bad! This would have been a 5 star except for the one bad stool.
