Wrong instructions, missing parts, and no support.
As a current sleeper, I have to say I expected more. We just moved into a new house and ordered a king sized Judy frame for our master. During assembly we noticed that the headboard didnt have a front latch to connect it to the bed frame and when we took a look at the instructions again they said Full/Queen instructions. We dont have any extra pieces to make the bed frame functional and its been radio silence from customer service thus far. Well see how long this who ordeal plays out.
