I have given a 4 star to this product because the upholstery on the frame was torn inside. Now, that it is not visible , I kept it, and also because it is such a hassle to return this huge product. Also, the slates dont screw to the frame, its just a stick on of some kind.
But, anyways, I would expect such expensive stuff to be checked and delivered without damages. Im happy with my purchase
