The bed arrived damaged with scratches on front facing surfaces, has some dents, but worst is that the ladder has multiple issues: 1-one side was bent at an odd angle; 2-there is no way for the ladder to sit flat on the rail unless you put it under the bottom support against the directions. The hook is too long to fit. By putting it under, the base is not flat nor able to be securely tightened. The ladder is not stable for children (or adults) to use.
I have yet to see it in action. The overall frame seems sturdy and is the size I need, but it looks like it had been returned by someone who couldnt make it work.
Will give it 3 because the size works, but would really like some cash back to make/buy a workable ladder.
