Comfortable, and looks nice too. Item arrived with a few nicks and dings on the wood, but overall really sturdy and easily assembled. There was a key step missing from the instructions, as in if you didnt notice you would have assembled then had to disassemble in order to continue. Were satisfied with the purchase overall
