We did not find the assembly instructions in the box for a while but YouTubed how to put it together. When we found the instructions, we had done it correctly. It did not seem to be crooked at first. It is pretty comfortable. I am 5 feet tall. I think it may not be comfortable for a tall person. And it IS pretty. Ill keep it, but I am not overjoyed with it.
