Received this item very quickly. Took 2 days to arrive. The whole trampoline came in 3 boxes. Box one came first and the other 2 boxes came the very next day. The directions could use some improvement for the trampoline. There was one point in the directions that said for me to use an eye hook to assemble the legs but that wasnt where they went. You could tell by the pictures of the item. No biggie. Just gotta pay attention to what you are building. Not that big of a deal.
Basketball hoop was a little weird. 1) there was some glue stuck to the hoop. It made the ball glued to the rim. Not sure if that was supposed to be like that or not, but looking at the product, I dont think it was supposed to be. I took some Goo Gone to it and scrapped the glue off as best as could with a scrapper. 2) the net was all tangled. After sorting it out, it looked like a manufacturer defect as there was no way to untangle it. It looked as if you needed to untie the net to get it untangled (see picture). 3) The directions said to use a nut to assemble the rim and backing on the backboard, then you can use these clamps to clamp the hoop to the pole. It was super confusing because if you used the nuts and then put the clamps on with the washer nuts like the description said to, it wouldnt clamp enough to hold the hoop to the pole. I had to remove the nuts to allow the clamps to tighten enough. Having extra parts made me feel like I didnt install it right but its what I had to do.
Overall I cant complain. The customer service was great and they are sending me a whole new hoop when all I asked for was a new net. They messaged me back in a couple hours and were super helpful. My kids love the trampoline and have been playing on it all day.
