Good quality, looks fantastic Like some of you, I had a devil of a time putting this chair together by myself. The Owners Manual and putting the arms and back together just didnt make sense. I loved the chair (I have redone my home in pink/blush), and the chair was perfect, but sadly, I never could get the chair together properly (It collapsed with me in it, one time). I was prepared to send it back, then realized shipping would be outrageous. Indicated on I was returning. I would say, within an hour, I received a letter from the seller asking how they could help to make it right.
I explained the problems I was having putting the chair together, and that others had similar experiences. He asked me to hang on, and almost immediately not only sent me instructions (in color!), BUT also the owners manual. They are two different documents!! The instructions show exactly how to attach the arms to the back = ONE AT A TIME! I felt like an idiot after I realized this! Surely enough, the chair went together perfectly, with no further problems whatsoever. I wrote the seller and recommended he included those color instructions along with the Owners Manual (which labels all of the parts), so people wont have the problems I did. He almost immediately emailed me back saying he would get in touch with his warehouse to instruct them to do the same.
So refreshing to deal with a company who wants to make something right for you, instead of blowing you off, know you wont send a piece of furniture back, because the shipping cost would be prohibitive.
I cant say enough good things about this company.
And the chair? Yes, it may be a little stiff at first, and the lumbar pillow (or a substitute, if the color doesnt suit) is a must for those with back problems, but I have broken it in, and I live in it (even fall asleep in it many a night!!
Perfect chair, perfect shade of blush, perfect customer service. What more can you ask for at such a price? Id give it 10 stars, especially customer service, if I could!! Just remember, DO ONE ARM AT A TIME WHEN ATTACHING THE BACK!! Thats the secret!! And dont hesitate to contact the company. They are willing to help in any way they can!
