This headboard will scratch easily so put it together on top of a thick cloth or cardboard. Its very lightweight (fake wood) and the instruction manual is so vague or not easy to follow. Even the pictures arent clear or numbered properly. Once its put together it looks pretty so i like it. But because of the quality and the difficulty to put it together i cannot rate it any higher
