I received my platform bed yesterday. Out of the box, there were a couple issues with my purchase. When you receive the platform bed, all of the pieces are zipped up inside the headboard. There was a tear inside of the headboard when I opened that up. Its annoying that this was damaged during shipping, but since this is inside of the headboard, this will never be noticed.
My other issue was the wooden boards that lay across the platform. Two of the wooden boards are warped and dont lay flat across the platform. This is also annoying, but it may not be an issue since the weight of the mattress may make this a minor issue.
Otherwise, the look and feel of the platform bed looks great. I really like the way it turned out. Without the headboard tear and the warped wood, I would have given this 5 stars. Worth the price !!!
