Wont offer replacement parts outside of warranty replacements
Just ok I really loved this bed frame until I needed to have a piece of it replaced (foot board). They only offer replacement parts and pieces if it is a warranty claim. You cannot purchase a part or piece separately if something breaks and its not covered by the warranty.
