Everything was wrapped and labeled neatly. It arrived sooner than expected, but still took about a month. The only complaint I have is its a little wobbly but other than that its great. There is a ton of space for sitting. I am 510 and there is lots of clearance between my head and the top bunk. The drawers underneath the bed slide in and out very easily which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this bed. Make sure you order about a month and a half to two months in advance because it does take a little while to get. The boxes will come in three separate shipments. Very happy with product
